“I have private insurance through my work benefits plan, can you send it to them directly?”
Yes we can bill to MOST insurance companies directly. The companies that we bill to include the following:
Canadian Construction Workers Union, Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance, CINUP, ClaimSecure, Cowan, Desjardins, First Canadian, Great West Life, Green Shield, GroupHEALTH, GroupSource, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Ins, Johnston Ins, LiUNA Local 183 and 506, Manion, Manulife Financial, Maximum Benefit, SSQ, Standard Life, SunLife, Union Benefits.
Blue Cross (Members with Blue Cross must pay for service but we will submit your claim for you.)
Although we offer direct billing to these companies, some individual plans do not permit billing by the clinic. It is the responsibility of the client to check with their plan if they have coverage for the desired service and to monitor their insurance limit.
“Do I need a doctor’s referral to begin treatment?”
No you do not need a prescription or referral to see Dr. Lalonde, just contact the clinic to schedule your first visit with us!
“What methods of payment do you take?”
We accept the following payments:

DEBIT/VISA (Your debit card MUST be a Visa/Debit )
"Can I claim uninsured Chiropractic care on my taxes?"
YES! We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each tax year, at which time you can claim your Chiropractic care as an uninsured medical expense!
"Does getting adjusted hurt?"
The simple answer is NO! However everyone is different! Most adjustments are painless and are usually a feeling of relief. Some individuals who are coming in for an adjustment that are already experiencing pain may feel some discomfort getting adjusted the 1st and 2nd time until Dr. Lalonde balances you out.

"How late in pregnancy is it possible to get an adjustment?"

Yes. For years chiropractors beneficial effects on emotional stress and personality have been noted.
"Can my baby receive chiropractic care?"
Newborns have been given chiropractic checkups and adjustments right from birth!
"Do I have to have a problem in pregnancy to see a chiropractor?"
Not at all! Periodic chiropractic checkups during pregnancy should be as common as periodic weight check ups!
